  • Part 1, Overview: September 25th - Register here. 
    • Learn how trauma affects the brain development and behavior of a child. An overview of the TBRI approach to parenting will be provided, focusing on the primary principles of Empowering, Connecting, and Correcting.
  • Part 2, Empowering Principles: October 9th - Register here. 
    • Learn how trauma affects the body physiologically. Strategies to enable the body to thrive, regulate, and deal effectively with sensory input will be discussed.
  • Part 3, Connecting Principles: October 23rd - Register here. 
    • The core of TBRI is developing a strong, trusting relationship between the parent and child. Gain a better understanding of your parenting attachment style. Strategies to create felt safety and form healthy attachment will be presented.
  • Part 4, Correcting Principles: November 6th - Register here.
    • Strategies that move away from punishment and provide a balance between nurture and structure/boundaries will be discussed. Proactive and responsive strategies that teach our children social/life skills and respond to challenging behavior will also be presented.
