Both Hands Foundation exists to serve orphans, widows, and Christian adoptive families and works to see the day that finances are not an obstacle for families who are led to adopt. They help Christian adoptive families fund their adoptions by coordinating a service project fundraiser to fix up a widow's home who is in need.

They help provide orphans all over the world with their basic needs, education, and Christian discipleship programs.

The Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) unites over 180 organizations and churches worldwide to equip Christians to live out God's call to care for orphans. CAFO members come together to enhance adoption, foster care, and orphan care through initiatives and programs such as the Orphan Sunday campaign and the National Foster Care Initiative.

Promise686 is a non-profit organization in Georgia that equips families and churches to care for orphans and foster children. They strive to fulfill God's promise in Psalm 68:6 that He will place the lonely in families by reducing the barriers in adopting or fostering children, providing financial assistance, and education the community so that more children will have the opportunity to live in a nurturing home with a loving family.
