Our Board

Jennifer Christenberry is a nurse anesthetist at multiple hospitals and surgery centers in town. She has been married to her husband, Matthew, for 19 years. Together they have a 15 year-old daughter and a 13 year-old son. They attend Athens Church. Jennifer shares that her favorite role in CFLM so far has been serving as a care team member because of the connection she has formed with the family.

Julie earned her Bachelors in sociology from the University of North Georgia in 2005. She and her husband, Rob, married in 2010. They have two biological children and one adopted through foster care. In 2016, they joined their first care team to support a foster family in their church, Watkinsville First Baptist. That sparked their interest in fostering themselves and they took their first placement in 2018. They love the mission of Chosen for Life Ministries!

Jason Hewell is the Vice President of Business Development for Stadion Money Management and serves as the main contact for some of Stadion’s key recordkeeping partners as well as works directly on product development initiatives for both existing and new partners. Jason and his family attend Watkinsville First Baptist church where he serves as a Deacon. He first became involved with CFLM through our Both Hands/Help+Hope projects and believes the organization plays a vital role in serving local children and families in our adoption and fostering communities.
